Looking for a recipe from Chef Mickey's

[Ciao Mickey]

There is a side dish that they serve at the buffets at Chef Mickey's and Cape May.

It has marshmellows, fruit, coconut and some white creamy stuff in it, I don't know what else is in there or even what it's called.

Does anyone know what I am talking about or have a recipe for this dish?
