I have not worn perfume in so long, and I am ready to start smelling good again! In high school I was ALL about Liz Claiborne (late 80s, remember the yellow triangle??). Then in college it was Mariel by H20+. When DH and I got married he bought me Beautiful because he said it reminded him of his mother. :scared: :scared: :scared: (Needless to say I didn't wear that one long AT ALL, and I didn't care for the scent anyway).

So that brings me to now. I am tired of being a frumpy mom who needs a haircut desperately and lives in sweats. I want to look pretty and feel pretty. I want to smell NICE! Please share with me your favorite perfume. My birthday/Valentine's gift to myself (they are the same week) will be a new bottle of perfume!

I love Tresor...it's been my favorite for years. I like Beautiful, it's just too strong so I don't wear it very often. Gives me a headache:headache:

I love Gucci and Burberry

The only scents I wear are Bath & Body Works.

Warm Vanilla Sugar in the winter.

Sweet Pea, Wild Honeysuckle, and Tropical Passion Fruit in the summer.

They are light enough to not be overpowering, but still smell good.

I just can't stand strong perfumes any more.

I love Miss Dior Cherie. I just got a big bottle for Christmas. I love it, it lasts forever. It is a great scent. We went to my dad's house for Christmas and I got tons of compliments on it. Not too light, and not too heavy.

I used to love Liz in the triangle too.

Not only do I use this as a body spray; my husband seems to think it's an air freshener around the house!!

I usually use Halo & Heavenly (Victoria's Secret)
& Light Blue (D & G)---all very "light" scents

Provacative Woman by Elizabeth Arden.

its a bit teeny bob, but i love lacoste touch of pink. Its really fresh and fun and oh so girly! I also like Tommy Girl.

I go for really fruity smells rather than overpowering flowers.

Burberry Brit - It's a bit spicy.

D&G Light Blue - It's also a bit spicy.

Tommy Bahama Very Cool - Nice and pretty smelling. It is not very soft though, it has a bit of a bite to it, if that makes sense.

Henri Bendel Vanilla Bean from Bath and Body Works - It's very nice. It smells a little stronger than the Warm Vanilla Sugar body spray.

Those are the few I rotate between when I wear it. I also desperately NEED a haircut!

DH and I also really like the Black Raspberry Vanilla from Bath and Body Works. I used the body butter when I was pregnant on my stomach (yeah, didn't work!) so now it's a sweet reminder of that!

Laila from Epcot (Norway). Can also be bought at Nordstroms. It is lovely.

I also LOVE Design by Paul Sebastian but do not have a bottle currently. Maybe I should hint for Valentines...;)

Where's CathrynRose!? She's the perfume expert!! :thumbsup2

I wear Ralph Lauren Blue and love it. I also used to wear Very Sexy Hot from Victoria's secret and that smells yummy. I love perfume!

I wanna know what she likes. WHat she wants to smell like. What makes her smile when she smells it.

Jo Malone's Nectarine Blossom and Honey.

Bath & Body Works Coconut Lime Verbena.

Both are very fruity scents. I don't like anything spicy--just very light scents.

OOOH, I am a perfume girl all the way!!!

Poison
Chanel No5
Chanel No22
Cool Water
Happy (oh, I love this one!)
Coco
Beautiful
L'Air du Temps
Charlie
Love's Baby Soft (yes, I still find some and wear it!)
Plus, I wear the assorted odd-ball ones I get from friends who hate perfume and get it for Christmas! Yay me!

Okay, so I also used to love Este Lauder's Youth-Dew, then one of my now ex-boyfriend's mom wore it and ugh, I just can't any longer.I wish people wouldn't ruin my fragrances like that!
