Looking for a Master List

Can anyone point me towards a master checklist or list of all restaurants - without going through the database at wdwdinfo? I just a big list of all restaurants for a double-check.

Over on TheMouseForLess they have a "2006 Pocket Guide to Magic Your Way Dining Plan" (at least that's the title I'm reading off the cover of my pocket guide right now). I have no idea where to find it, a link was given to me ages ago, but it prints out all the restaurants, food courts etc into a mini 4" by 6" booklet.
