We will be staying at Boardwalk the week of April 18th. We have a 2 bedroom and a studio both with "water" views. Any suggestions of room numbers with great views of the Boardwalk??? I am sure I would prefer that over a pool view. Thanks in advance-:)

Hey ellenec,

Our family will be there whan you are. We check in on the 18th too. Have a great vacation.
Hope to see you there.

Water view? At BWV, there are standard view, boardwalk view and preferred view - do you know which one you have?

thanks

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if your confirmation says water view then you most likely won't have a view of the Boardwalk itself. The Boardwalk view is now a confirmed view at the time you make the reservation. If you have a pool/garden view room confirmed then you will either see the canal over to MGM, the quiet pool or Luna Park pool in all liklyhood if you see water. You may get lucky and get one of the rooms with a view of the "Village Green" area in front of the Boardwalk between the Inn and the Villas. That is a preferred view but you will be able to see the Boardwalk too.

Good luck and have a great trip.

When I called for the 2 bedroom 11 months out I did request Boardwalk view. The studio may be preferred view, I booked that one within the last couple of months. Any idea of room numbers for the 2 bedroom??? Thanks again-Ellen:)

ellen,
there is a person that has compiled a list of rooms and views maybe you can email them and ask them for it. Their name is InstImpres.

Email them they have a spreadsheet that details views/rooms.

Hope this helps,
Lisa

I would not request specific room #'s because if that room is already occupied on your arrival day, they have no idea what you really want. It's better to use a description rather than a room #.

I would first check with member services to see what your room is reserved as. If your confirmation does not specifically say boardwalk view, you may not have it. I'm not sure when they started reserving the boardwalk view separate, but I think it was last summer. Prior to that, requesting boardwalk view was not a guarantee.
