I will be going to US and IOA in about 2 weeks and I'm looking for where I can find the best prices on tickets for 2-3 day passes for 5 people. Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

I just got my passes today for Feb 26th trip. This guy is on the level though I dont understand how he sells them cheaper than Universal sells them for the same thing online. Its the 2 day ticket with 3 bonus days. NOTE if you buy direct online you get 1 free kids ticket for every adult ticket.

Actually she is selling them for more than what you can get them on the Universal website and is lying about the price of what a two day ticket costs. Buy direct from Universal. If you buy a ticket on eBay that has been used then you are just out of luck because those tickets she is selling expire 5 days after the first use. You can very well get ot the gates and find out that your tickets are worthless.

I have also reported her to Universal.

It's kinda funny how everyone is always looking for a discount on tickets. That's because the parks up north usually have coupons, while Florida doesn't. There are other ways to save more money, such as staying at a hotel across the street to avoid the parking fee ($9). If you visit two days, you save $18. The biggest way to save money is by packing a cooler, and eating breakfast (doughnuts/milk) in your hotel room. A few of the hotels across the street have free breakfast, like the Best Western, and Amerisuites. I agree you should buy your tickets from the Universal web site, or from your local AAA office.

"She may be lying about price" What ever "she" says on the page I dont even care. The same ticket on Universal web page cost 99.95 EACH. That would be 199.90 a pair. Dont know about you but I can do the math. And I did provide a link to US direct site that sells that same ticket and did make mention that you can get free kids tickets by going direct to Unversal. I agree about extreme caution on online buying even from vendors however I just purchased 2 5 day passes from this person, emailed her and researched her feedback of which people had used the tickets no problems. If you want peace of mind and dont want to research then just buy online direct. I just bought tix from ticketmania for Disney and I hope they follow through.

The same ticket on Universal web page cost 99.95 EACH. That would be 199.90 a pair. Dont know about you but I can do the math.

Then look again at the Universal site: You buy one ticket for $99 and get the second ticket free. That is just what the seller did. Her auction is for $108.49 plus $9.95 or $19.95 for shipping. You do the math. You can get two of these tickets from Universal for: $106.45 (this includes tax) and no shipping charge as you can pick them up at the kiosk for free. $106.45 for two tickets from the Universal site is less than $118.44 or $128.90 from the eBay auction.

If for some reason the tickets do not scan properly (it happens all the time), you will be sent to Guest Services to have them reprinted. The computer there then pulls up the entire order when the tickets were first purchased. This order has the name of the person and all tickets they ordered. You must then show picture ID with that person's name on it. If you cannot prove you are that person or at least travelling with that person, the tickets will be confiscated and the investigation team will be called in. Enjoy your tickets and pray they scan properly.

One other nice thing about getting the tickets from universal is that if you lose your ticket, it will be replaced for no charge as the order can be looked up in the computer if you ordered online or looked up by you receipt if you purchase them at the gate.

I saw several post on ebay about tickets before I bid I called us and ask about the tickets and here is what they said, "Those might be the bonus tickets." If the ticket doesn't scan properly, they will send them to guest services where they can then see that the tickets are the free tickets. Not a problem if they are your tickets but they can see who purchased them the first time and if you don't have photo ID with the same name.. I certainly wouldn't bid on them because the tickets might be buy one adult ticket, get one child free. or the buy two day get some free days, person doesn't use the free days and tries to sell the remaining days you could be standing at gate scratching cash for more tickets.

Okay, I want to understand this. When people have ordered the (2) adult 2 day / 2park w/ kids free option, they have recieved 4 adult tickets? and these 4 adult tickets are actually good for 5 days?

:yay: Yes. :yay:

yes, and it is a fantastic deal for those adults that are taking their children to the parks.

if you order the adult/free child, you will get 2 tickets.

right now it does not specify adult/child but i would not be surprised if universal would start sending out designated tickets.

you know, one adult, one child ticket/pass for the 5 days.

it could happen
