Looking for a good budget software

What is the software you use to make your pictures into movies I have one but not really happy with it and was wandering if there are any other programs out there It makes them just like a movie but you use your photos

I use Pinnacle Studio, lots of video editing features but also can create a DVD slideshow...

A paid service but free to try is Animoto. Animoto.com is the site. This is a really cool piece of software which is all web based, but you can do some cool stuff with it.
