Looking for a digital video camera

Can anybody recommend a cheap digital video camera? I'm thinking of getting one for my daughter for Christmas. It doesn't need to be the top of the line but I would like something that takes decent film. I'd like to keep it under $100 if possible.

Hi - I bought my kids the new Kodak Playfull waterproof. It has great revies and amazon was having a pre-black friday special on it. My kids are 10 and 7 and felt it was easy to use and had all of the features they would want.
