Looking for a creative idea

I have been asked to come up with a 'catchy' name for our Rewards -n- Recognition program in my office for staff members and have drawn a blank. So I look to you insightful, witty diser's for assistance. I am trying to use our compay initials which are
B N P. For example: Be Noisy Please or Better Not Pout, well, maybe not those....but you get the idea.

If any one has an idea that does not include our company initials that's fine too!!!!

On the non-initials side - I worked in an office that gave a "Setting the PACE" award, Possitive Attitudes Change Everything. I always liked that one. Do you have a logo that you could incorporate? For example, Allstate has hands in their logo. When I worked there we had Good Hands Awards, Giving a Hand Awards, along those lines.
