Looking for a cover for vacation planner

I would like it to be 8.5 x 11 and 5 x 7 as I am not sure what size I am going with yet. I would need it to say "The Miller's Family Vacation 2017". Thanks in advance!

The image is from one of our DISigners. I suggest you request directly from them rather than as a separate request. No DISigner wants to copy the work of another active DISigner!
