I've lost it!
It was for chicken cutlets and involved a certain amount of olive oil with maybe 2 tsps. of minced garlic and heating it in the microwave, then dipping the cutlets into the warmed olive oil and then coating them with a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese (I think!)
It was then baked in the oven for I can't remember how long!
Does anyone have this recipe?
