:confused3Looking for the perfect room at BCV. Our reservation states a 2 bedroom with the second bedroom having 2 queens. We have not been able to locate a map of the rooms that have 2 queens in the second room. Any one have a suggestion of rooms we might ask for that have a good view? We had a dumpster view last time and as wonderful as it was:sad2: we want to upgrade
Anyone have a favorite room # on the 3rd floor? We have points at three locations and it has been awhile since we have stayed a bcv.We are going on Halloween/Food and Wine, witch is a great time to go with things for the kids and the adults. Thanks.

We have always been happy with our room at BCV.
BCV runs over 90% capacity all the time. You are much better off to place a generic request than to request a specif room number. It is very likely that that room will not be open when you check in, and the CM has no idea why you requested that room, to try and give you something close to it.
We usually request upper floor, water view and have always been happy
Good Luck

We have stayed many times at BCV...we usually request upper floor......just checked in yesterday and for the first time got 2nd floor with the beach club front entrance view....didn't think at first we'd be as happy with it but the room as the long balcony along the 2br and the stairs go right out to the walkway to epcot or the marketplace....very convenient location:thumbsup2

IMHO this will be a problem

"Looking for the perfect room" And what do you do when it's full? Disney isn't throwing those guests out so you can have "perfect"

All too many vacations are "ruined" or start on a sour note when the "perfect" room wasn't given to the requestor.

And considering the fact that OP is going at a time when BCV runs at 100% occurpancy..... you may very well be told "this is the ONLY option there is"

I usually do general requests- but as long as you do not have your heart set on a specific room/view etc- that's fine. I always request hoping for the best and expecting the worst=not disappointed.

We are hoping to snag a BCV reservation for next summer! What did you get for "water view"? Are there any other water views other than the quiet pool? I'd love to see any pics you have! Thanks!

The only water views at BCV is of the quiet pool and cannel

I think we had 533 last time in May, it was a 2bd 2 queen beds. It was a good location but be warned all rooms facing Epcot and woods have a lot of fireworks noise every night from Epcot. We had a 6 year old who is very affraid of fireworks and she freaked out first night but was ok the nights after because we told her it was coming at 9pm every night.
I have never stayed in a pool view room at BCV always woods or Epcot view 4th or 5th floor and have loved everyone of those locations.

I would request either a view of the quiet pool or an upper floor woods view which are usually pleasant. I've had a 2nd floor woods view that was literally in the trees with a lot of privacy, but no view whatsoever of anything but trees. It also had a lot of noise from road traffic. We could hear the fireworks, but couldn't see any. If you are used to the nice views from some of the other hotels, you may be disappointed, especially in one of these rooms. We didn't mind, however, since we didn't spend much time in our room and love the other amenities and location of BCV.

I always hope that I get the perfect room too. For me, that happens to be any room on a higher floor. A higher floor is all I ever request and most of the time that is exactly what I get. If you are looking to stay over the canal, room 467 is great. It is right over the canal and you can see all the fish and turtles below. I have stayed in a room closest to the dumpsters too, however, it was on the highest floor. I actually loved this room. It had a fantastic view of the fireworks. The noise of the dumpsters did not bother us at all because I always bring a travel size noise machine with us when we travel..it works wonders. IMO, you cant go wrong with any room on the higher floors. Good luck.
