Looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom unit - how many point at what $

Hi all,

I have a question for a friend. THey are looking to spend the first week of May in Walt Disney and they would need a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.
It comes to between 200 & 500 points, depending on where they want to stay.

When you require that amount of points, is it still usually of an average of $10/points???

It all depends on the member.

If they are talking about May 06, there is no chance that they will get a Grand Villa at this point in time. They are much too late to even think about that.

Tell them to post their request on the Rent/Trade Board and see what happens.

You could look on the rent/trade board to get an idea of prices. $10 seems to be most common. Occasionally someone has points for $9 and others want $11 or $12.
Three bedroom units are called grand villas and the numbers are limited. They are usually booked up pretty far ahead.
