I want to let any interested parties know of the outstanding DVC points rental experience that I had with Denis & Sandra Bisson. Denis exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. His correspondence from beginning to end was timely, professional and informative. We had somewhat of a complex transaction because of some wait list issues, but this didn't seem to phase Denis in the least. He was so eager to please and tried in every way to accomodate (or exceed) our needs. He was very upfront with the workings and expectations and provided documents to back up the arrangements.
As we all know, point rentals are risky for both parties, but Denis was able to provide me with a very high level of comfort early in the process. At each step of the transaction my comfort level only continued to rise.
We have just returned from a wonderful family trip staying 7 nights in two 2-bedroom villas at the Beach Club, and received a follow up email from Denis upon our return to make sure everything went well. You will never feel abandoned if you rent from these individuals!
In my book, Denis & Sandra Bisson rate a 10 out of 10 for points rentals!!
