Looking for 2bdrm/2bath...Royal Parc Suites?

I am planning to book a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite for our trip in February. I would like a full-service hotel rather than a rental house this time. We stayed at Windsor Hills in 2013 and, while we loved it, we're looking for a different experience this time. I'd like to avoid grocery shopping and having to supply our own toilet paper, soap, etc. I would also like daily housekeeping service to be included. We don't want to wash our own towels or take out the trash each day. A small kitchen would be nice to store drinks and snacks, but we don't plan on cooking any of our own meals. I also do not want to make a deposit now, deal with a security deposit, or a private owner.

I've found a number of hotels that would meet our needs including Caribe Royale Villas, Residence Inn, Homewood Suites, Hawthorne Suites, and Royal Parc Suites. Royal Parc is priced much lower than the others (the only one under the $200 range). I have booked a reservation there, but am a little nervous due to the low price and some less than positive reviews I've read. Most TripAdvisor reviews are positive, but a few mention roaches and a less-than-helpful staff.

Any firsthand experiences would be appreciated. Also, are there any tried-and-true methods for getting lower prices for the other places I mentioned above?

Thanks!

Caribe Royal has some deals via Mousesavers and they also offer weekly one day sales, some of which are very good.

Have you checked Staybridge Suites Lake Buena Vista right outside Downtown Disney. Just finished a complete renovation of the suites and looks very nice. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath with the kitchen, no oven I think but otherwise everything else. Full hot breakfast buffet and all other hotel amenities.

I was in the same dilemma 3 years ago when we went to Disney/Seaworld. I found Homewood Suites on Marabella Palm Court (near the Disney entrance to Downtown Disney). The price then was $170 for a 2 BR 2 bath. I was so nervous I had back up hotels in mind. We absolutely loved it! The breakfast is good. It is mostly the same every day but that's how it is at a breakfast buffet. Mickey mouse waffles though! They have a free dinner (manager's reception I think it's called) Sun-Thursday that we took advantage of one night. Not the greatest dinner you will ever have, but free-saved us a bunch of money and free wine and beer! The pool was great. The rooms were quiet, we were near the elevator-so nice- and I never heard anyone in the hallway or any noise from the elelvator. Clean rooms. We love Homewood Suites so much that no matter where we travel I look for them first and book there. This year we are going back to Florida and I reserved the same Homewood Suites. The AAA price is $188 I believe. I love it there so much, I can't wait to go back just to be in the hotel again!

Oh, and I always just book on the hotel website. Seems to be the cheapest, especially for suites. I use AAA or whatever auto club there is, and sometimes there are deals for veterans, firefighters police, etc if you or anyone in your party is one of those. And sometimes the hotel website will have a special running, for the summer for example, that you can only get if you click on that tab.
