Looking for 220 Beach Club Villas Points Nov. 06

Hello,
I am new to this and am looking to rent enough points for one studio and one two-bedroom unit at the Beach Club Villas for November 19th - November 23rd, 2006 (Sunday to Thursday). I have noticed that the dates are between two seasons, so I am not sure how many points will be needed. Thank you for your assistance.
