Looking for 12 points to rent

Hubby and I are spending an extra day at WDW and would like to stay at the BCV for one night on November 2nd, 2003. Would like to pay $10/point and would prefer to rent from someone who has previously rented out their points and has a reference to contact.

However, I am asking $11 per point.
