I too can accomodate your request. I have a contract that I believe protects the interests of both parties rather well. I have been both a renter and owner so I understand both sides of the transaction. My terms are 50% due upon your receipt of an original confirmation of your reservation, and remaining 50% 60 days prior to the beginning of the reservation. My points are available at $10 per point.
