Looking at the Sandbar Beach excursion on CC..worth $71/pp???

It seems cool. It is 2 hours long, yet only an hour on the sandbar. So I assume it is a half hour boat ride to reach the sandbar?

Has anyone done this? Can you justify the $71 price tag??

That seems like a lot of money for hanging on a sandbar for an hour. I would love to try it though.

The sandbar is gorgeous! We went there after a snorkeling excursion, though. I would not pay $71 just for the sandbar.

I did it in December. The men running it where invested in making sure everyone has a good time. There's some history, an explanation of ecology of the sandbar, some drinks. They provide snorkeling equipment and balls so you can explore and play.

i dont see the draw since going to CC is mostly about enjoying all of the things on CC. I wouldnt pay for them to take me out to a sandbar and sit there. maybe i am not looking at it the right way
