Like tonight at Walmart getting vanilla wafers. It was better to get the regular ones than the less fat ones! The less fat ones had more sugar and carbs!
I got the Blue Bunny ice cream, burgundy cherry made with splenda and it's fat free! Tasty too! Pretty low in calories and carbs and everything! LOL
I don't think I have ever looked at lables until this surgery. Holy heck it's an eye opener!
 
I know what you mean, SZ!! I don't think I ever looked at those labels before I started on WW. Now, if I see that something has large amounts of fat or sugar, I just say no!!! Heck, I've even been known to pull out my WW points calculator in the store and check points before I buy!!
 
When I look at sugar contents I aLSO HAVE to see if it's natural sugar or added and I was shocked at how many things have sugar on top of high frutrose corn syrup!
