A local dealership has a 2002 Terry Fleetwood Dakota at a really good price. Other than the floor needs to be replaced, which the dealership is doing, the camper is in good shape for 8 years old. Does anyone know anything about this camper? Any pros or cons? Thanks for any info.

The floor, or the 'flooring'? If it's the actual floor I would steer clear as that sounds like serious water damage which would affect a lot more than the floor. Chances are there would be water trapped inside the walls and under cabinets, etc where the problem is not yet visible. Just my opinion and I'm no expert... though I have had to replace ceilings, walls, cabinets and flooring in my motorhome due to water... and I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night! LOL

:santa:

There's way too many good deals out there to buy that. Go get you a good camper with no damage.

Why would you stay in Holiday Inn Express last night when you have a MH?

Just kidding! I might be blond, but I get it.

Oh I am so ready for my babies to come home from Papa and Grammy's. Can you sense the boredom? :lmao:

You should pass on that camper. I agree with Donnie there are so many good deal to look for than a water damaged camper.
