look what I made

So I was reading on the family board that autographs books at Disney start at $10 each. I have 3 kids. I am not spending $30 on paper, that isn't scrapbooking paper that is. So Here is what I made. I'm sure I'm not the first one on here to do this, but i thought I would share.

When my two youngest ones saw their autograph books, they wanted them right away, so I made them drawing books. They are plain but it's something for them to color in.

What do you use for the cover? I'm not a scrapbooker, so don't have all the supplies. I read some use chipboard, but that seems too thick for a regular hole punch. I would love to make an autograph book, but the cover has me stumped.

It's just cardstock. I was scared that the holes would break, that's why I put the little eyelet thingys to help set them in place.

Really cute!! I made one for DD before from a index card pack - the ones that are attached with the spirals- she loved it. They look so much better than the ones you buy.

Love these! The last trip I splurged and bought my daughter the $10 autograph books (she needed 2 because we did a few character meals) when we got home she said "Mommy now we have to cut out the pages to put them in a scrapbook!"
