My supervisor just called letting me know they are closing the playgrounds for the morning due to rain!!! I'm on call until 1 but if it is still raining I'll have the whole day off

Today is Uncle George's birthday!
We are going over to Grandma's tonight for dinner.
They're making Polish Sausage and Sauerkraut with Carrot Cake and Peanut Butter Pie for dessert

I had to babysit L and M again last night...their Mom didn't come home until LATE! I'm so happy I have the morning to rest, I'm exhausted

DD13 adores the mashed potatoes, and biscuits
she got double mashed potatoes with her meal! gravy on the side

DD10 ate her mashed potatoes with ketchup

the girls pool party at teh coaches house has been postponed until Monday.

with all these little bottles of fragrance
and things to mix up
llike bath fizzies
and honey oatmeal facial masks

I can foresee this being a mess for a very long time.....

I bought a few clearance flowers to replace the ones that I neglected...

the ones on my deck get too much sun
and need a kind caretaker to water them, daily
not a forgetful one....
