Longest you've gone without using your points

2.5 years. We went to Aulani on points in September of 2013 and didn't go back to Aulani on points until April of 2016. We did go to WDW in December of 2014, but did not use any points for that stay. Have not gone to WDW since. We did go to Disneyland in November of 2015, but again did not use any points for that stay ... stayed at the Best Western across the street and saved a ton of money.

We just used up 16 and 17 points. Not using points again until March 2019.

We bought back in February I believe, but we are not using our first points stay until this November. But after that we are going to be using two years worth of points between a trip in March (wdw) and a trip to Cali(DL) and Hawaii ( Aulani in June). That will wipe out our points for a while I am sure but it will be totally worth it. =)

That would be about 23 months currently
Our last & only DVC points usage since becoming members in July 2013 was at Halloween in WDW 2014,, we have not used points in the 2 years since & have no plans in the future yet,,
Flights to Florida cost a fortune from the UK & a Florida vacation is always a full 2 weeks trip.
We had a trip to New York last year & we are just off a magic in the med cruise plus DLRP in 3 weeks so had our Disney fix this year..
Not sure when or where we will next use our points,. I still have 2 left from last year so will loose them when I bank all off this years points at the end of the month..
So at least next year we will have double points available if not triple if we borrow from the following year,,

I tried to follow the plan of 3 trips one year take two years off. It didn't work. We will be in HHI in March (last trip was May 2016 and seems so far away) and I can't wait.

Our last big trip using DVC points was to Disneyland in November 2013.

Our home resort is Disney Aulani. We have been taking holidays / weekend staycations at Aulani from February 2014 to January 2016.

We are planning a East Coast trip in July 2017 - RCI Trade
