Longest drive to HHI?

We end up on I-81 which goes through Virginia. It seems like a more western route but we have found that it addes less than an hour to the total drive and it is MUCH less stressful than I-95. In the 8 years we have been going this route we have only run into 1 traffic slow down lasting more than 10-15 minutes. We arrive in HH completely ready for a vacation not de-stressing from the drive.
