Long weekend trip, doing one day on-site ??

We will be going down for a long weekend, Saturday 2-13 to Tuesday 2-16. I can't afford the on-site hotel for all three nights, so I just did one night, Sunday the 14th and then we'll use my Marriott points to stay elsewhere the other 2 nights. When will we be able to get our express passes on Sunday? Not until their check in time, which I think isn't until around 4 pm, or can we drop our luggage off that morning with the bellhop station and get our express passes for the whole day? Thank you in advance for any help with this!

You can drop your luggage off that morning and get your EPs right away. You actually will go through the check-in process (you need your room key to make your EP at the kiosk), and then they will offer to text you when your room is ready.

Just like snoopboop says, you can get them done up before the parks open. Also, one night at a deluxe will give you all day Monday with Express.
