Please help me plan my long weekend Disney get a way for the last weekend in August. We are staying at WL with our 2 and 6 month old.

We are coming Friday-Sunday. Driving in Friday morning should be driving on property around 830-9ish am (1.5 hour drive) and leaving Sunday afternoon. This is not our first nor last visit but I have some must dos for this trip and am trying to organize it.

Must do's: Pool time Friday and Saturday.
Fastasmic
Meet Mickey at MK (early before we are all sweaty).
Get magical haircuts for the boys.
Epcot (for Nemo and a good lunch)
A relaxing but fun weekend.

So.......

Friday:
drive and park at WL boat to MK....make this pretty much a MK/pool day (we are pretty good for just our FP and then break)

Saturday:
Epcot in the morning with no FP (cant do TT or Soarin anyway)
pool time
Fantasmic with using FP for TSM
(Is the dinner package worth it? We would never spend that much at MM if it won't for the package...but I'd rather have the TSM FP since its the only ride we can all go on)

Or should I switch Friday and Saturday or some other order?

Sunday:
Probably MK so it's easy back if we want more pool time and AK seems way too hot for August.

Thanks for reading my rambling

Or let me ask it this way.....

1. Is Friday night or Saturday night better for Fantasmic (knowing all the Frozen stuff is going on at DHS)?
2. Id Friday or Saturday better for a MK half day?
3. Is the Fantasmic package worth it (prob MM)?
4. Could we do a 530-6pm dinner reservation, 7-8ish TSMM FP+ and Fantasmic (w/ or w/o package)?
5. Do we need FPs at Epcot (no TT or Soarin and wont stand in more than a 20 min line)?
6. Epcot/pool break/DHS? or morning pool/Epcot/DHS?

And I know Florida summer weather could change all this.

1. Friday probably better for Fantasmic because Saturday is a weekend, and morning EMH day for HS. But if you do the Fantasmic package, you don't have to worry about crowds as much.
2. Saturday MK will be more crowded than Friday, but since you can get there at rope drop Saturday, you can get more rides done before park gets busy.
3. It was worth it for us a few years ago, we like MM, and really liked being able to stroll into Fantasmic and having a seat.
4. Sure, but I'm not a Fantasmic expert, if you're not doing a dinner package, I don't know how early you should be getting to the theater.
5. No. Spaceship Earth and Living with the Land can get long lines mid morning, if you even want to do those. But if you are there at rope drop, you can do those and Nemo no problem.
6. Would probably choose Epcot/pool/HS, park early when cooler, then pool break and freshen up before HS.
