Long term rental

Looking to spend January thru March in Florida. Time split between Orlando, Clearwater and coco beach. Anyone have ideas where to stay and cost of long term rentals.

So many possibilities depending on your interests, budget, etc...I would visit VRBO and see what appeals to you.

How long is long time - Orlando is in Orange county and they do NOT allow short term rentals. So you might be better off in the Kissimmee area.
yea look at VRBO and if you find something come back here and ask about it.

Clearwater is lovely and I am pretty sure you can get in the gulf. Coco Beach is on the ocean side and lately the rip tides plus the sharks have not made it a great area to go swimming in the ocean. plus Coco beach is not as pretty as others - but they all have the same problem - the Atlantic this year has been rough.
