Long shot?

This may be a long shot - but thought I'd ask.
This past July, we happened to be standing by the DVC booth on Sunset Boulevard near Tower of Terror, and we started talking to the CM - Vance. He is the one who told us more about Bay Lake Tower and convinced us to go to Saratoga Springs - and we ended up becoming members that day!
We will be back this July, and want to try to find Vance. If we go to a DVC booth, would they possibly be able to tell us where he is? Or would that not be allowed? I doubt he will be at the same booth a year later, but we will certainly check! Does anyone know if they move booths alot, or tend to stay in the same one?

The ASA's, Advance Sales Associates have the job of getting people to take the tour. They are paid a small base pay and receive most of their money as commission if someone buys.

To keep things fair, Disney moves them around almost everyday. That way most will have a chance at the hot spots.

Due to the type of job, there is a large turn over and he might not work at Disney anymore. It wouldn't hurt to ask, but don't get your hopes up.

They might. When we were there two weeks ago. We went on the BLT tour, went "home", thought about it, and came back and decided to purchase 150 points at BLT. We wanted to find our "guide" to make sure he gets his commission and asked at at the booth at Animal Kingdom where Nick was that day. The DVC rep was able to bring up the schedule on her computer and was able to tell us that Nick was scheduled to be at BLT. ...of course he wasn't we had to track him down at Saratoga Springs but everyone was very helpful!
