Long shot - current advert for The OC

Does anyone know what the piece of music that is played to accompany this advert is. There are no words on the bit they play, just music, but the song is sung by a man I think.

Thanks Sue, it was the right song - unfortunately, it was the wrong advert. The reason I wanted to know was for a colleague at work and she meant One Tree Hill not the OC. Oops!
