So I started taking Zumba classes and hired a personal trainer. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Zumba classes. The problem is the days of the week they fall on along with my personal trainer days. Does anyone do their long run in the beginning or middle of the week? I'm thinking of doing my long runs of Mondays then my short runs of thursday and saturday's. I'm taking the same number of days off but i'm not sure if running in the beginning of the week will throw me off mentally. Just with this new schedule my hard workout days are later in the week.
