Go to a resort with a big lobby and find a nice secluded corner. Try the 4th floor of the WL. I see people napping in hotel lobbies - usually with suitcases, waiting for transportation (flights, etc.) or other members of their party. It isn't uncommon. I was hanging out at the GF, waiting for my sister in law, after we checked out of GFV. I was surprised how many people were just relaxing or waiting - that seems to be why they have lobbies!

Where are you staying? Almost all, if not all, of the deluxe resorts have little spots not in the lobby but away from the crowds with chairs and couches. I wouldn't stretch out on a couch and snore but sitting back and nodding off isn't unheard of. CBR and CSR both have hammocks on the beaches, POR has lots of little secluded spots outside with benches. Can't help you with the values. I agree to go ahead and check in, I've only had a room ready at 7 am but sometimes if they know you are there and you aren't picky about the location they can find a room earlier than regular check in. Definitely note on line check in that early check in is a priority.
