if someone can help I would appreciate it. we have two rentals :

budget mom and dad both want to be listed as driver

Almo husband and my self listed as driver

are they close to each other in the airport at all?

My dad has mobility issues and my mom gets lost easily I need to go to almo list myself as driver. dh will drive to okw. drop my mom off at magic e with one child and she will ride to OKW (to have luggage transported) I will go with my dad and drive to okw and check in. but mom needs to be added at budget

if they are side by side I will be golden but I am worried they are not.

I thought drop mom off at me first but she needs to put her name as second driver and I believe she needs to be there...I am confused I leave in two days.

anyone out there that can help a poor unfortunate soul?

From the airport website it seems that all the rental agencies are on Level 1 on the same side as Terminal B.
I went to the website for MCO, clicked on the orange circle near the top-right (Airport Guide) and then on "Terminal Maps" at the top of the left side menu. I then chose the 'Wayfinding Map', and on the right hand (green) side is a list of the car rental agencies under 'Level 1'. The two you are using are on the list.

I haven't actually rented a car from there yet, so I can't say how far apart they might be from eachother, but at least the're in the same general area.

We did rent from Budget at WDW (Doubletree location, they picked-up my husband from POR resort) and I did not have to be there. He said spouse can drive the car automatically.

Hope this helps :)

All the counters are in a row on level 1 of the terminal. I can't remember exactly who is next to who but it's the same on both sides.

Like everyone said all are on level 1. Now when you get to the garage they will be on different levels. Not sure what level budget is on but Alamo / National are on Level 1 of the garage.

I don't think the garage itself will matter. Just need to add the additional drivers on...dh can pick out vehicle on his own.

Both agencies are on the fist floor of the terminal on both side A and B and are reasonably close to each other.
Alamo is on the first level of the garage and Budget is on the second level of the garage, same on both sides.
If you are landing on the A side, your mother will have to hike over to B side to catch ME. Which means going to level one to sign in with Budget, then going up to the third level and walking across the main area of the airport and then down to the 1st level of side B and then trekking it to the ME checkpoint for the bus.
