logging on to DVC website

Anyone else having trouble getting on, it doesn't reconise my logging in details?

It is saying..

Your log in information could not be validated for one of the following reasons:

* You may have already contacted Member Services to reset your account and still need to update your registration with your new Club ID and One-time activation code in order to proceed.
* There is an issue with your registration. Please contact Member Services at (800) ********† for assistance.

still no luck so sent an email.
