My problem seems to be fixed, as was my daughters account. But now its doing it again to her.

After she logs in, the welcome comes up, then tells her she isn't authorized . . .

Can this be fixed permanently?

Ummmm I dunno?? Same one I've always used?? We had this problem yesterday (both of us) but I sent an email and then it was fixed . . .but now my daughter cannot log in at all . . .??

We are using AOL if that makes a difference?

Try minimizing the aol browser and accessing the DIS using the Internet Explorer browser.

Well, we tried it . . .I can still get on, she cannot . . .I think her account got disabled or something . . .she's getting frustrated and is going to re-register and get a new name . . .She wants to DIS!!

Is you dd Tinkerbelle2001? If so, she needs to reply to the confirmation email that was sent to her before her account can be activated again.

Ummmm there isn't any email? I also have mine blocked except for the support@wdwinfo.com.

You can send unblocked email to my account though. Or, if you need her to respond, please let me know what email address you'd be using as I do block mail except for people I know.
