It's for anybody!

They first advertised it as a LOEWS member only but I guess not many takers!

It cut $50.00 off my room rate per night!

These rates are only good if they have anything available. I checked for our trip the last week of March and the lowest rate for a standard room was $229. I booked mine with the kids stay play and eat free deal. For 3 nights at RPR in standard, tickets for two adults and one child and our son eats free at the parks and at the restaurants at onsite hotels (lunch & dinner) costs us $1038. I priced it to buy everything separate and it was only $26 more but our son ate free which to us seemed well worth it for him to eat the entire time for $26.

I also called to see if I could get a better rate at RPH, we are staying 3/13-3/17 and the only rate they had available was 269.00, I already have this booked at 229.00 but thought I would try and get a lower rate if I could.
