Loews Hotel Question

I was hoping on sending my soon to be college student down to Orlando with some of his friends as a farewell trip.

I was looking at the Universal On-Site hotels and it said that someone 21 or older must check in. Since I won't be going on this trip, is there any way possible for them to check in by themselves?

If at least one of them is not 21 they will not allow them to check in. They request your drivers liscense and a CC. It happened to my sister and her friends and they had to stay elsewhere.
