Loews First

You'll have to forgive me because I am at school and don't have the time to call and talk to someone, but I figured ya'll on the Disboards might know. I just tried booking a room at the Royal Pacific and it told me that my Loews first number was invalid. I tried this both today and yesterday. I even copied the number from the confirmation email and pasted it into the box. Does anyone know what is going on?

We just returned and I had the same problem. When I called to confirm my reservation, they said my number was invalid. They told me just to show my card when I arrived. I did that and had no problem. As first the woman at check in seemed confused as to whether I got the welcome amenity since I had a AAA rate, but she went and asked and we did get it. At first they were going to give us a $ 10 minibar credit. I asked instead for the cookies and milk which we received later that night. In hindsight I should have picked the minibar credit but we did use milk for cereal in the morning (stored it in the minibar refrigerator.)

I don't think you will have any problems - just bring your card and use the Loew's First check in line.
