Loews check-in

This will be my first stay at PBH. Another post mentioned a separate desk to check-in for Loews first members. Is this true? When I made my reservation, they suggested I join Loews first and I did. I am interested in any tips. This will be my first on-site stay at Universal.

No separate check in area for loews members at PBH.

I believe the only resort with a separate check-in is at RPR. They definitely have it but I don't think the other 2 do.
