Loew's card

We will be staying at PBR with the Entertainment discount in late August. I applied for a Loew's card when I read here that among other things it affords you a free room upgrade. I applied many months ago, and still no card in the mail. Anyone else have this issue?
While I'm a WDW veteran, I'm a US/IOA "virgin"!!

Call Loew's 800 number and they will give you your Loew's number. I went without my card the first time--just called HRH and gave them my number. The room upgrade is not just automatic. It depends on availability. We could have upgrade to a suite for an extra $35 a night with the Loew's card.

It took an outrageously long time for my Loew's card to arrive, but it did finally. There was no benefits guide with it, and when i called i was told they are changing some of the benefits and a new guide will be sent out soon.

I applied in February and still have not received anything either

I'll have to give them a call

I guess I was lucky-I received my card within 3 weeks.
