How accessible are the lockers? How big and what is the cost?

Are they available in all the parks?

Thanks,

They're at the front of the park- standard theme park locker size
These are the ones from AK, the MK ones are similar

I can't remember the cost, but honestly I don't think they're worth it. Then again, I don't mind wearing a full-sized backpack in the park all day.

My sister and I were carrying a small soft cooler containing redbull for a trip earlier in the year. We got a locker on the first day, and you were right it wasn't really worth it. You pay 12.75 and get 5 of that back. But with it being all the way at the front it wasn't like we wanted to walk up there to get in and out of it. If you need it in the park you might as well carry it. We carried the cooler from that day forward.

For us it was worth it. DW and I always take along an extra pair of shoes, clothes and jackets (if we go during the fall and winter). These can get heavy lugging around all day, so we rent and put them in a locker.

Lockers are available at all of the parks on a first come first serve basis (so by the end of the day they may be out). They are usually located at the front of the park, except at Epcot which as lockers at both entrances to the park.

My family finds it useful to have a locker when we don't want to carry around our coats, purchases, etc. Having unlimited in-and-out privileges is really useful. I do wish that WDW would go to the electronic lockers (no more keys) like DLR, but it's not really a big deal.

We have found them helpful if we were putting in items we would not really need or no longer needed. For example... rain jackets, winter gear, packages.

We found them unhelpful with food. We tried to keep our cooler in a locker but it was a super hassle to run there when we wanted to eat. Much better to just bring it along and then we could stop when we wanted.
