Lockers during Halloween Horror nights?

I read on anotherthread that the free lockers situated throughout the park for approximately an hour, are closed from 5pm onwards on halloween horror nights...can anyone tell me if this is correct?

I only ask because I love to take photos so would like to have my camera with me, but what do i do with my bag if i want to go on a ride and these lockers are closed?

On the nights that I've been to HHN, although I didn't ride anything I noticed that the lockers for Mummy were definitely being open and being used. I can't imagine Universal closing down any of their lockers for the rides that require them.

Thank you, I thought it was a bit odd because surely that would prevent a lot of people from riding, even those who only carry a wallet would need to put it in a locker for something like rip ride rockit where you can't have any loose items on you
