The lockers (for the most part) are all between the front entrance gate and the rope drop "holding" areas.
DAK: on the left side of the entrance "plaza" just before you go into the Oasis.
Epcot: on the right just after you pass beneath Space Ship Earth - get key in the Camera Shop).
Studios: On the right, (behind/next to) the "Service Station" (Stroller Rental) - get the key at the gift kiosk in the very center of the entrance "plaza".
The most "different" of all the parks is MK.
The lockers are brand new and located "across the rope" (on the right side) from "holding area" for the Rope Drop ceremony.
So you need to cross over from the "holding area" to get to the lockers. I have not tried this, but its probably a no big deal to do it.
The locker rental is about $5-6 a day (plus a $2 key deposit that will be refunded when you turn in the key.)
BTW, if you park-hop, you'll only need to pay for the "first" locker of the day.
Keep your receipt and you'll be issued another locker at the nextt park(s) you visit on the same day (But you will be charged the refundable $2 key deposit again.)
