Locations to pick up EMH wristbands?

Does anyone have a list of the distribution points for the evening EMH wristbands in each of the parks?

It's here on the DIS. Look under Park Hours, and then EMH. Each park's distribution areas are listed. For MK it includes Riverboat Plaza, Caribbean Plaza, City Hall and some other locations. We asked a CM in April and were misdirected back to City Hall.

When I was at MK in January, waiting for "Wishes" by the entrance to Tomorrowland near the castle, there were CMs just walking around yelling out offering wristbands (to those who were entitled to them).

Keep in mind that if you are entering the EMH park near to closing, the CM who runs your ticket through will direct you to a line near the entrance for wrist bands. We found that the wrist band stations inside the parks were much less crowded.

I was thinking of showing up to an evening EMH *after* the official close time. Do they still let you in, or do you have to be inside before the park closes to the public?

They let you in basically whenever you show up. I have a vague recollection of the wristband site at Epcot having a sign saying they would be giving out wristbands till 11 (closure was at 12).
