Location of Super Walmart

The night we get into Orlando, we will be staying the Quality Inn and Suites on Orange Blossom Trail. I want to go to a Super Walmart in the morning on the way to Coronado Springs. Is there one close or on the way?

Also, what type of traffic are we looking at for 9 am on a Friday?
