Hey I know that if anybody can answer my questions it will be the boards. My TA has a booking for me on the Wonder leaving Galveston on Jan 4 2016. She has me booked in a cat 6a cabin #6644. For the life of me I can't figure out where it is on the map. The numbers are too small. Can anybody tell me where the cabin is and is it a good one? Anybody stay in it before?

I believe we stayed in 6644 on a west coast cruise two years ago. It's mid-ship so the verandah has the Plexiglas wall instead of the solid white wall. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

If you google Disney Wonder Deck Plan, you can find sites that have a bigger version of the deck plan (easier to read). When I found it, it looks like it is on the starboard side and aft. It is the first 6A and is past the aft elevator. I have never stayed in the room, but have stayed in 6620 and 6622 and they were great!

Here's a blow up of that area, 6644 is in the aft, starboard side of the ship

6644 has a whitewall verandah - meaning you will need to stand to see out.

You're right. I still think we stayed in that room at one time because the number is easy to remember. It must've been the cruise we decided that next time we'd upgrade to a mid-ship room to get a Plexiglas verandah.

I love this site for deck plans:

www.cruisedeckplans.com

Very easy to see the numbers and layout of the decks of all cruise ships.

And here is a pic of what the veranda wall will look like:

We have stayed in several 6A's and always enjoyed them (not sure which 6A cabin this pic is from) The further aft the 6A cabin the deeper the verandah due to the structure of the ship. You can see the size differences on the deck plan. Yes, you need to stand if you want to see the horizon but it was not a deal breaker for us.

All disney Ships are numbered the same -
The first number is the deck number
The second number is the area or zone
The 3rd and 4th are the cabin number - lowest of the zone closest to the front

Imagine a big cross through the middle of the ship to figure out the zones to split them
Zones are numbered as
0-front left
1-back left
5-front right
6-back right
