Location and etiquette/tip questions

Could anyone tell me if there are certain locations for face painting - I got this done in Disneyland last month and loved it!

Also, we are going on Steam Train tour and Keys to the Kingdom. Should we tip our tour guide?

With the Dining Plan all tax and gratuity is taken care of?

Anybody know anything about the Sunrise Sufari? I am sure it is booked, but just wondering.

I know they do face painting over on the Boardwalk. But, I'm not sure where they do it in the parks.

They have face painting in the Animal Kingdom, back by Africa. We paid $10 for a really neat tiger make up job on my son, only to wash it off a half hour later when he thought it was runined cuz the teeth part on his lips was smeared...they may also do it in Toontown in the Magic Kingdom...

Only concierge guests at the Animal Kingdom Lodge can sign up for the Sunrise Safari, I think...that's the way it was last year when we went. They do it 2 or 3 days a week, and it costs extra per person, but you get a nice breakfast afterwards at the Tusker House restaurant. Maybe someone else can give more up to date info...or check out Allearsnet.com.

They have face painting in MK in Toon Town just after you enter on the right side, just before Goofy's Barnstormer.
