I'm looking for some new Disney friends. I'm a huge fan of the parks, but unfortunately, most of my friends are not. So forget them! Time to find some friends to hang out at the parks with.

I'd like to keep this to those who actually live near Disney World, and are able to go to the parks on relatively short notice.

So, if you live nearby, and are able to get into the parks, please reply. I'm having Disney withdrawals because I haven't been in a while. Mainly, that's because I don't want to go by myself. Time to make some new friends. Won't you be my friend? Won't you?

Hi. I am currently on the east side of Orlando. I don't have an annual pass yet... at least not to the World, just the Universe. But after our mega trip in April I am hoping to talk my husband into letting me upgrade our tickets to APs. But I would love to meet some other people who enjoy the parks as much as I do and live down here.

Well, you now know at least one other person who loves the parks and lives down here. I'm hoping to get a Universal annual pass soon as well. I'll keep you updated on it, and you should do the same for your Disney AP. Thanks.

I'm a local, also on the East side of Orlando (near UCF). I have an AP, and have been trying to visit for a few hours at least once a week, just for the exercise. After all, what better place to go for a walk than Disney?!

However, I do have some odd hours, and medical conditions that tend to limit my time. So when I go, I'm there for rope drop on Sunday or Monday, and leave around lunch time once it really starts to warm up, get crowded, and my legs and feet give out.

About an hour from the world, recently moved from Atlanta. Not as local as you'd like but still an option for ya! :thumbsup2 I've got my AP and am available on weekends! Would love to meet some new peeps in the area and am planning on coming out this weekend just to get outta the apartment for a while.

I'm not local. Wish I was, but I'm just not. But I saw your picture (with the french fry up the nose) on another thread and thought it was cute so I figured I'd jump in here to at least say hi if nothing else.
