Does anybody know if it's possible to access the MK resort area from the north by driving south on World Drive? This is what Google maps is telling us but we're a little skeptical. Specifically we're going to be coming from Winter Garden Vineland Rd. in Windermere. We're not asking because we want to avoid the parking charge since we're staying on property. We're just asking because if possible we want to avoid having to make a big loop around to the south and then come back up north on World Drive through the toll booths. Thanks!

Yes, you can drive down Vista Blvd. This road will take you past Fort Wilderness and then on to World Drive. From there you can get to 7 Seas Drive.

From Windermere, proceed south on CR 535 which is Winter Garden-Vineland Road. At the Reams Road traffic light, turn right. In a few miles you'll come to Village Drive which is the Disney northern entrance adjacent Disney University. Proceed to the T-intersection ahead. Turning left will take you onto the 2-lane section of World Drive towards the Contemporary Resort. Really better to turn right onto Floridian Way and go past the Grand Floridian. This turns into World Drive near the Hess gasoline station.

Are you trying to get to a MK resort or to park at the TTC for MK for the day? If you are staying at a MK resort you'll be fine. CR is on World Drive, make a right onto 7 Seas to get to Poly & GF or a left on Timberline to get to WL.

If you are going to the TTC in order to park at MK for the day I'm pretty sure you'll have to make a right on 7 Seas, go past the Poly, make a left onto Floridian Way, head past the Car Care Center & make a u-turn to come back through the toll booths to get into the parking lot.

They're going to a resort, it seems, but if they *were* going to the TTC lot, they wouldn't have to go as far south as you indicate here. Just past the Car Care Center / Hess station, there's a turn-around that goes back into the TTC lot without having to go out past the Toll Booths and then back through them.

So it's somewhat more convenient. Stay to the left and keep your eyes open, because the turn-around is not very well-marked. Once you miss it, *then* you'd have to go down World Drive a ways and go back through the toll booths.

These are the directions you want to follow. I will add that after you pass the Hess station there will be a U-turn you can take to put you in the Magic Kingdom parking lot.

Thank you all for the information. We were pretty sure there was a way. We are staying at a MK resort but will be stopping briefly in Windermere at some point.
