Local Pizza Hut closed

DH and I love Pizza Hut. There's one 2 minutes from our house and we get pizza from there once or twice a month. This one's new and clean though.

The one by us close a little more than a year ago. Friendly's bought/renovated and just opened. For the past month, there has been a 1- 2 hour wait for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's always like that when a new place opens. There are too many restaurants, drugstores, banks and supermarkets by us. Too much competition. I hope they keep it clean, have a friendly staff so they stay in business.

My local Pizza Hut closed too. It was there for at least 20 years. It just closed this week.

The one in my town is still open but when I was in Branson this summer both of the Pizza Huts were closed.

Our Pizza Hut closed about 3 years ago. We had 4 pizza joints in a town of under 5,000. I was sad that the Hut had to go, though. It was the best out of the 4.

Closed last year - yuck! I just checked, and there are 35 pizzaria's listed 2 miles or less from our 2 mile long town - about 1/2 of them are in town, the others on the borders - no need for Pizza Hut!

We had a gross Pizza Hut that closed. They just reopened a Friendly's there now. Don't know if that is any better but I always loved their ice cream.

We only have a few Pizza Hut restaurants left and 2 weeks ago, about 10 Domino's Pizza stores closed. Turns out the owner owed Domino's about $80,000.

All the Pizza Huts within an hour's ride from us closed years ago.... We live in New England and they are rare around here now....

I use to live in Somerville and I would order from a Pizza Hut just over the line in Medford. They wouldn't deliver in Somerville, but I would go and pick it up.
