Local Calling Zone around Orlando?

For Orlando natives (or others in the know), is Titusville, Fla considered to be within the local calling area (free call) for Orlando or is it long distance/chargeable toll call? I'm purchasing a roaming pkg for my Canadian cell phone for my next WDW vacation and my Cdn carrier doesn't know anything about Florida call areas. I have long distance back to Canada included in my pkg but not long distance/chargeable toll calls within the US. Only local no toll US calls are included. I've done a basic online search and can't find any clear info about this. Probably because I'm not familar the US LATA terms and designation. If I have posted this in the wrong spot, my apologies & please move it to where it belongs.

I live just outside Orlando and as far as I know it is in same bell south calling area as orlando. To be sure 1-800-288-2020 or South - 877-722-3755, customer service.
